T’ai Chi is referred to as ‘meditation in motion’. In this multi-tasking society, most of the time our attention is scattered. To experience movement becoming meditation, there is a feeling of serenity that has the therapeutic effect of slowing down the pace and refreshing the mind and body. It is simply about being totally in the present and in rhythm with the surrounding existence, about bringing into play the relationship and the energies between the universe and the body’s aliveness. It opens the door to a deeper inquiry.
